I am so excited to have you and can’t wait to work together making daily life easier for you and your family.
While your child is in the The Kid's Confidence Code you’ll have the opportunity to meet, and connect with other incredible parents just like you. You will get the strategy, support and resources you need to make it all happen!
Your child will be with other like minded kids, who are experiencing the same opportunities and challenges they are. They will feel supported and will be able to share their wins. We all need someone to talk and vent to, bounce around ideas with, strategize, support and celebrate with. We need people who GET IT, and so do our children.
That’s why I created this community!
So here is what you need to know:
This is a comprehensive group coaching program for kids, where they will get the tools they need to improve their daily and academic functioning. This program is designed for children with ADHD and Executive Dysfunction. It's all about discovering their "superpowers" to allow for increased confidence and risk taking.
If your kids find it challenging to:
- maintain attention
- initiate and plan for tasks
- organize their thoughts, ideas, and/or space
- regulate their emotions and impulsivity
- see events/experiences with flexibility
... and have a poor working memory, this program is perfect for your children.
Kids will:
- Learn who they are as individuals and build their academic profile
- Learn to break down the executive function (daily living) challenges they are facing and develop tools to manage them
- Learn the study skills they need to be successful academically
- Have an open, honest, and non judgmental forum
- Participate in a 1x/week virtual coaching call
Parent will have:

Getting to Know You
Let's start here!
In this module you will find all the introductory forms. This is the place for us to get to know each other and for me to understand the goals you hope to achieve with your child. This section is really important, so take your time with it.

Introduction to EF
In this module, you will really learn what Executive Function (EF) Challenges are. This is such an abstract concept, but it affects all aspects of our lives. How can we work on skills, if we have no idea what they actually are?
Take the time to familiarize yourself with the terminology. Remember, you may be strong in some EF skills and not others and it is the same with our children. We have to give them the benefit of the doubt and help TEACH them the skills and strategies they need to improve on the EF skills they may not be as strong at.
Attention & Focus
In this module, we will focus on the Executive Function skills of Attention and Focus. You will learn about the importance of attention + the different types of attention we need to be successful in our every day lives.
You will be provided with strategies to help maintain focus, so that learning can happen for your child.
Finally, you will have the answer to your mysterious question, "How can my child have difficulty maintaining their attentions in class, when they can focus on __________ (fill in the blank- video games, lego, sport statistics) for so long?
Don't forget to fill out the Attention + Hyper-focus questionnaire! This will help us create a plan to develop the skills needed to improve these skills.
There are many executive function skills tied to attention and focus that interfere with success in the classroom, home, extracurricular activities, and community.
